If you leave iText as-is and you just use it in your (open or closed source,
commercial or non-commercial,...) applications, there is no cost, no license
fee, no money is involved. Just let your customers know that iText was used and
that iText is a free library by Bruno Lowagie and Paulo Soares. You also have to
give your customers the source code of iText (your own code main remain closed;
a link to the iText site is sufficient).

If you need to change the iText source code, you have to post your changes so
that other iText users can benefit from your enhancements/bugfixes/...
