Also- if the pdf is being streamed across the network from a server to the
browser, large pdfs may take a loooong time to render in the browser window.
There is no "status bar" to let you know how much time is remaining, which
can appear to cause the browser to hang. Be sure that you are giving the
browser sufficient time to render before giving up.
