it depends on the printer type. Some of the Oc� Printers transport printer directives in the pdf file.
Such PDF documents can be produced using e.g. Job Submitit:

Even using this you can not explicit switch for every single page the input tray.
Of course it is of no use for you if your printer does no support it.
