iText only support direct importing of a few image formats WMF JPG PNG GIF   I'm sure that this fills the needs of most iText users, but if you are looking for additional import formats you can use Sun's JIMI API and then use the iText PDFGraphics2D object to put these images into your document.   I hope this helps someone out there.   Bill Ensley Bear Printing
