I am generating an "unfiltered" PDF document and post-processing it. Now I want to reduce its file size by applying ASCII-85 and Flate filters.
ASCII-85 would ENLARGE your PDF, not reduce it...
Can iText help me accomplish this?
If you were creating the PDF from iText directly, it would generate a properly filtered PDF.
If you are using some other tool to create the PDFs, check out PDF Enhancer (http://www.apago.com/enhancer.html) for a product to keep your PDF file sizes down.
