Hi,
I am using IText - 1.01 in combination with ESRI Map Objects for
JAVA(MOJ). What i've noticed is there is a considearble amount of
resolution and image quality difference that iam getting on the output pdf
each generated from MOJ and AUTOCAD. With PDF generated from AUTOCAD being
far superior than the one generated with MOJ/ITEXT combination. Giving a
few technical details of what i am doing to generated PDF is:
I am creating java.awt.Graphics2D object using createGraphics( ) of
PdfTemplate and passing the Graphic2D object to overriden method
PaintComponent( ) of AcetateLayer (MOJ) as a parameter. Where i read and
draw vector features using MOJ library on Graphic2d object.
I would appreciate if anybody has any idea and is ready to share in
improving the resolution of pdf generated.
