You must use PdfCopyFields to concatenate several documents with fields.
There's no guarantee that the JavaScript that calculates the fields will
work with concatenated pages. Anything that uses JavaScript must be
handled case by case and most of the times is a problem with no
(automatic) solution.

        I'm using PdfCopy to concatenate Pdf documents. These documents
include form fields on which custom calculation script is defined, and
so a calculation order is specified in each document.
        But in the final document, the calculation order contains only
the fields of the last Pdf document that has been added.
        Is there a way to merge all the calculation orders?
