I am experimenting with Itext and I have tried several ways of introducing an Ampersand into PDF without success. Is there something special I need to do to use an Ampersand in the text? Here is an example that fails: document.addSubject( "Header & Footer Test" ); Are there other special characters that behave the same as an Ampersand (i.e. disappear)? Gene
