I was going to answer your question, but I see you already succeeded in changing your mailing-list settings. For other people who want to do the same: go to http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/itext-questions and scroll to the bottom of the page. Enter the email address you used to subscribe and click 'Edit Options'.
