Thanks for the reply Paulo. I am finding out the information from our Network 
people & would provide you the information as soon as I get it.

Another related question I had was, if the Printer does support the job tickets 
(which I am pretty sure they would be) is it possible to print a pdf to a 
specific tray?

It all depends if the printer supports job tickets. Does it? In what format?
