Seems like a simple non-iText-related programming issue.
What I would do is subclass PageEventHelper and write a constructor
which takes
the instance of the class with the options as a parameter. Or even
better: an interface
implemented by this class that give access to the options. Keep this
interface as
a member-variable of your own PageEvent implementation and access the
options
in the interface from withing your onEndPage method.
