template -> layer2 paragraph1 -> layer1 showTextAligned ->layer2 Reordering for what is actually seen: paragraph1 -> layer1 template -> layer2 showTextAligned ->layer2 Use writer.getDirectContentUnder() for the template. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Friday, March 11, 2005 2:54 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [iText-questions] Text on multipage with background > page from other file > > Hi all, > > I'm trying to make a little application, using iText, that > shall write text in a new > pdf file putting it in a rectangle space on the page (the > rectangle on the top of the > page in the attached file) using a page from another file > as background. > I have a strange result.
