That's an easy one. You have a layer1 for the document.add() and a
layer2 on top of it for the writer.getDirectContent(). The result is in
order of appearance in writting:

template -> layer2
paragraph1 -> layer1
showTextAligned ->layer2

Reordering for what is actually seen:

paragraph1 -> layer1
template -> layer2
showTextAligned ->layer2

Use writer.getDirectContentUnder() for the template.
