The border on each side of a cell can be turned on or off using setBorder. Individual border sides can even be different widths or colors. All of the border related methods for Cells and PdfPCells are in the base class Rectangle.

Hi All,

I am new to this list, but would like to dive in with a new question regarding tables:

Is it possible to omit only one portion of a cell border? For example I would like to have a table with 4 rows and two columns.
I only want the outside border of each column to be visible. Is this possible with iText? Note to the Developers: my client is prepared to pay for any new development even while the new development stays as part of the open source project.

Best Regards
Costa
