Yes, it live in form objects, right? So when I flatten it, the form
objects aren't there anymore, so the javascript should be gone too. But
there seems to be some left, which must be called when the document opens.
In the PdfStamper class, there is a function addJavaScript(String js),
which "Adds a JavaScript action at the document level", but how can I
remove it?

That is certainly possible, since there are LOTS of uses for
JavaScript in a PDF that do not involve forms...
If you want to remove ALL javaScript, you'd need to hunt out all
places where it can live and remove it....
