It's more of the same. Hash the doc and put it inside the
authenticatedAttributes together with the time. The signing is done over the
authenticatedAttributes instead of the doc.

Subject: [iText-questions] Question about External signature and
authenticatedAttributes

Hello Bruno, and all contributors.

First of all, congratulations for that library, very great job.

I'm interested in generating PDF signatures.
With the samples provided in the early access zone, I succeed in doing a
signature with an external card.
But now, I have to add the authenticatedAttributes, especially the signing
time.
I have seen the last sample, but I don't see where I can put the external
signed digest (still, I don't have a p12 or a keystore, I use a card that
holds the private key).

I you could give me some advice to achieve this, it would be really nice.

Many thanks

    Olivier
