Gustaf could only make this work if he sat next to you. From a distance he can only guess how to make it work. His guesses were very good and they should help you on your way. If they don't, you'll have to hire somebody to solve the problem for you. Somebody who is used to do stuff ASAP. (The kind of guys that don't work for free.)
