Summary of my requirements
Before that please note that I want to implement it in Web Application
1. We have to generate N number of documents, so Administrator should have facility to create new templates which will contain static data + dynamic data (from database). Note that here administrator will not change the code. System developer should provide such facility to administrator to create new templates.
2. When user select particular type of document, from template of document, application merge static data with dynamic data from database. Now these contents should get displayed in WYSIWYG type of editor in a browser.
Because bottom line is that, user may want to change/add/delete any part of text before generating PDF. User having those privilege to do it.
3. For more help..
If you know about FCKEditor, it is a editor where user will get HTML output in WYSIWYG format. I got information about one product which use FCKEditor and iText its name is FCKiText, which will provide editing of PDF before generation in web application using web browser. But it is in initial stage of development and currently it is supporting only korean language. And which also having problem of OS dependant and etc.
Please send me details depending on above information.

What does "Edit PDF" mean?
What would the user see? The PDF? The text of the PDF? other??
