There's a problem with Acrobat and file attachment links. We found out that
although it's possible to have an activation area anywhere, the moment it's
clicked it reverts to the standard annotation and icon. Look in the mailing
list for the thread "Showing filename together (clickable) with attachment
pin and making it printable".
