iText is licensed under MPL 1.1 or LGPL depending on what you prefer. You will

Basically what they both say is that you are free to use the libraries for 
commercial purposes but if you modify any parts of the license you are 
obliged to make that modification available to everybody under the terms of 
the license. You are also required to add a notification to the application / 
documentation that you use this third party library.

Nevertheless you really want to read through the full license texts to get a 
clear picture of what your rights and obligations are.
