I am looking for workaround to PS Printer output problem of CFF-OpenType-font-embeded-PDF that I posted before.
The problem is that PDF can be printed normally to GDI printer but printed to PS Printer gives an error message. I found one mistake of CIDSystemInfo created by TrueTypeUnicode class. It creates: /REGISTRY (Adobe) /ORDERING (Identity) /SUPPLEMENT 0 But it should be: (when use Japanese Font) /REGISTRY (Adobe) /ORDERING (Japan1) /SUPPLEMENT 2 or 3 or 4... I fixed this and there was no error, but I got new problem. English characters are printed with incorrect font and Japanese characters are not printed. Then I started to compare PDF created by iText with PDF created by Ilustrator + Distiller. There are several differences between two. Out of these differences, I became curious about content stream. This is lay opinion though. Ilustrator-Distiller produces Hex string content stream. This is why I posted my question. > Why would you want to do that?
