Because we get mails sent to us personally more and more and looking at the questions that are asked in those mails, it is quite obvious that some people are trying to let us do their work in their place for free. I regularly get complete project descriptions in a mail with subject: URGENT!!! NEED HELP!!! I'm not that interested in money, but I have learnt from experience that responding with the question 'Who can I send an invoice?' often stops the avalanche of questions.
