[iText-questions] DocumentException "Unknown Source"

I have been successfully adding PdfPTables to Documents in a past project and in my current project until today. Now all of a sudden it does not work, I get a DocumentException. I get my instance of a PdfWriter, open the document, and can see that my PdfPTable is *not* null. But I still get the exception. Any suggestions?
