hmmm i dont found the PdfWriter.PrintScalingNone O_o, i use the last version for dload.

Probably your printer.

See PrintScaling: Sets the print scaling to 'None'.
If you don't want to change y our code, you can test this by changing
this value in the print dialog of Adobe Reader.
