I have defined a document in LANDSCAPE mode but I would like to insert a PORTRAIT page, is it possible

I have tried this but without any result :

Document document = new Document(PageSize.A4.rotate(),10,10,10,10);

...............

document.setPageSize(PageSize.A4);
