we have a very serious problem with some of our tiff files. We try to convert them but receive an OutOfMemory error (it seems that itext runs wild and then collapse). Unfortunately I can't post the file as there is some legal stuff about the content, but did somebody already encounter this problem?
We use iText 1.3.6, we've set the JVM memory to 1GB (should be enough for one tiff file :)). Also, we tried to convert the file using Adobe Acrobat and the latter didn't complain at all and converted it.
Any idea? It is quite urgent, we've already been searching for a solution for days here...
