so it looks like a offset of one on the character set in the
information being sent to the printer. The PDF *always* displays
correctly on screen.
That says to me that the problem is some combination of the
program used to print the PDFs and the printer driver involved.
Do you know what version of Acrobat is being used to
print? Make sure it is current (7.0.5, if possible).
Do you know what kind of printers and drivers are being
used? Are they current?
