If you look at the legend on page 71, you see that iText was ranked
'overall best component on the marker for its intended purpose'.
This document was written by Jorn Bettin from SoftMetaWare.
I think this company is based in New Zealand, but they have done
projects in Australia. It wouldn't surprise me if iText was used in
different Australian Government projects.
