That's the general idea.
There is only one big caveat: if your graphical artist uses Acrobat 7
make sure that he doesn't use LiveCycle Designer. Designer creates
XFA forms (XFA: XML Forms Architecture). There aren't many
tools around yet that support XFA.
He has to create the form using Acrobat 7 only (using field annotations),
