Thanks again for your reply. Will test it on different OS, and see if I can reproduce it. It seems to be a tricky one though.
By the way, do you have any ideas for fixing the problem if embedding the font still produce the error occasionally? It only shifts the characters of text that are not bold, and sometimes only for some of the non-bold strings. It is really strange. I've read other comments about it, saying it would be possible to fix it by modifying the strings (adding a space " " in the end of every string before adding it to the PDF). What do you think?
