In the PDFReference15_v6.pdf section 8.7, TABLE 8.93 "Entries in a signature dictionary" wrote "key:Changes, type: array (Optional) An array of three integers specifying changes to the document that have been made between the previous signature and this signature: in this order, the number of pages altered, the number of fields altered, and the number of fields filled in."
May be it's a way to the solution?
