If the client printer gets a paper jam, someone is going to be very
annoyed. 

Also, if the client intercepts the printer spool file, she can make as
many prints as she likes.

In short, you can only annoy honest people, while you cannot avoid
abuse at all. So what's the point in trying to make life miserably?
