This is one of those freak cases. The raw data generated by itext is 1,648,965 bytes and by freehep is 2,765,456 bytes. iText is more efficient. The difference is that the freehep data compresses a lot better, 100kb for freehep and 450kb for itext. I don't have a solution for this.
