You want to retrieve destinations from a PDF.
Leonard already explained that the code you need to use depends
on the type of annotations. If you are working with named destinations,
you could use this snippet:
PdfReader reader = new PdfReader("my.pdf");
HashMap map = SimpleNamedDestination.getNamedDestination(reader, false);
SimpleNamedDestination.exportToXML(map, new
FileOutputStream("remote.xml"), "ISO8859-1", true);
