When I registered lowagie.com I had no idea iText would become popular.
I never registered itext.com. I think some company owns it.
I don't like companies that register strategically interesting domain 
names, so in no way I am going to pay to get that domain.

I have had no contact with the domain owners whatsoever,
unless they have sent their mail in the form of a SPAM message.
I get messages from companies offering me 'unique logo designs',
'guaranteed traffic', 'my own domain name',...
To be honest, I never read those mails. Thunderbird is great: you can 
set an option to only downloads headers. About 80% of all my mail 
correspondence goes to the Trash bin without ever being opened.
