1. You were forwarded to the tutorial in a previous mail. If you encrypt the document using the right permissions and two passwords (a 32 character user password and a 32 character owner password), people will only be able to change the PDF if they 'crack' it. 2. You could certify the PDF document. This means you have to add an MDP digital signature. MDP = modification detection and prevention. People will be able to change the document, but this will invalidate the signature.
