Hi
I have a true type font with limited glyphs specified in the font format4 cmap subtable. When trying to write text to the pdf that contains characters not listed in cmap no metrics are returned from TrueTypeFont getMetricsTT()) and the character is ignored. Was there a reason for this behaviour ?
Is it possible to write the charcter in the pdf, getting it to use glyph id 0 and have the toUnicode CMap include the characters.
