Setting the font to zero reduces the font size
if the content doesn't fit.
form.setFieldProperty("f", "textsize", new Float(0), null);
Changing a field to multiline is done like this:
form.setFieldProperty("f", "fflags", PdfFormField.FF_MULTILINE, null);
