You know the title of the section. If it's unique, you can keep track of it in onSection using a member variable. Then check this variable in onSectionEnd. An even easier way to achieve the same result, is by closing the section that needs to be underlined with a Chunk that has a generic tag (explained on the same tutorial page). In your onGenericTag method you can use the rectangle that is passed by the event to retrieve the Y position.
