Sorry for the long answer time, I've been away for a few days.

I assume that the problem is, that the importer can't find the beginning of 
the document content. Or nothing can be read from the InputStream, even 
though it is not null. Have you tried just outputing the intro InputStream to 
the standard out, just to see that there is content? Otherwise you could 
perhaps send me the document you are trying to import, so that I can have a 
look at it.
