Leonard, When I create a package via Adobe Acrobate the result package has an attribute "Index" which can be used to sort PDF's in the package to view them in different order. And (afaik) it determines the order in which the pdfs will be printed. is there a way to add Index attribute to the files in pdf package (via iText)?
