I searched a bit around but don't seem to find an answer to this. It the following possible:
Have alternating pages. With this i mean at every odd page the text should start 10 cm lower then on the even pages. I'am using the "multicolumnsimple" example and it works great. When the first column is full it just starts filling the second and so forth. When the page is full it starts filling the next page. Now, if only there was a way to alternate the pages it would be great. Just point me to the right direction. If this is mentioned in the book, can you point me to the right chapter?
