The files won't bo online, they'll be accessible over Lotus Notes
application. User is allowed to read the file with less permissions
possible. What I have to do with file, that user can't open file if he has
saved a copy on his file system.

If you have put a document online,
and you remove it. People no longer
have access to it.
Of course if they have downloaded it,
or if someone/something archived it
(Google, a proxy server), people will
always be able to have a look at that
copy.
I think you are looking for a DRM
solution, but in most cases those
solutions are expensive, and you won't
find them here.
