Method setFirstLineIndent allows you to set a different indentation for 
the first line, but it currently works only when used in combination 
with ColumnText. However, I have just uploaded some code to the CVS 
repository that also supports it when using document.add(Paragraph p).

I'll have to update the changelog for iText 2 once more.
By the way: I'm still checking all the examples that are in the book
to see if they work as expected with iText 2. This proves to be a very
good way to remove some nasty bugs from the release, but it's a very
slow process.
