I don't fully understand what you want to do, but I can tell you that it is impossible to find out the height or position of anything when creating a RTF document. The RTF rendering only takes place when it is opened in the Viewer (Word), not during document generation. Thus the RtfWriter2 can't tell you anything about the results of the rendering.
