As described in the PDF Reference, GoToE was introduced
in PDF 1.6 (Acrobat 7 and Adobe Reader 7).

Don't assume I have followed or remember the conversation
you have had on the list. Are you saying you want a GoToE
action without using GoToE??? That's kind of an odd question;
please rephrase it, if possible referring to the PDF Reference;
more specifically a hint that you are asking something that
is possible.
