Hi, I'm using iText for generating a PDF using 1) JAVA 2) XSL -- stylesheet used to transform data from XML to PDF. 3) XML -- contains that data 4) XML tagmap -- stylesheet that defines how different elements will appear in the PDF.
I have table and 2 row and the data in the row is placed in a phrase. If any of the cell doesn't fit into same page then it splits. The problem is that the splitted part that goes to the second page is displayed after a gap of approximately 2 lines. This makes the data that follows this cell to overlap. I used "tablefitspage" attribute for table in the XML tag map but the whole table to shifts down to the next page and i don't want that. I've attached the screenshot of the pdf http://www.nabble.com/file/7391/pdf.bmp pdf.bmp . Please tell me anybody has done this before. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Cell-splittingover-pages-tf3458363.html#a9648993 Sent from the iText - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
