Adobe Reader RENDERS a PDF file, and can therefore find out the X, Y
positions of a word, a sentence,...

iText doesn't RENDER PDF and therefore doesn't know where a word,
a string, a paragraph,... will be drawn. In fact, there aren't many
tools that can do this.
