Yes, I used the itext jar with patch.

WordXp loads the images in their correct size, insted Word2000 let them very 
small, try it.

Word 2000 should conform to RTF 1.6, and Word XP to 1.7, if I'm not mistaken. 
Not that that means a lot. The only real conformance is whether the Word 
version loads your RTF correctly.
