1. the PDF you're referring to crashed my Adobe Reader 2. are you talking about checkboxes or radio buttons? There's no such thing as a multi-select checkbox. A checkbox field has two states: On and Off. A radio button field is a set of related buttons, each having two states. Are you wrongly referring to a radio button saying it's a checkbox? Or are you talking about a multi select choice field?
