I tried to make this with buttons but the thing is that i'm adding annotations to already created pdf with all the text already in it.....


That's a problem! A button goes on TOP of content - so there is no way to modify the content (or what comes underneath it) in the button.

However, there is no reason you can't simply DUPLICATE the text (and background) from the content INTO the button.
